Family, caregiver conference set for September Published Aug. 12, 2010 FORT BLISS, Texas -- The USO is partnering with officials here and sponsoring the first Operation Enduring Care Wounded Warrior Family and Caregiver Conference. This conference is Sept. 23 in the Centennial Club on East Fort Bliss (Biggs Airfield in El Paso) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Special guest presenters will share their expertise during a range of sessions, focusing on a variety of topics that include post-traumatic stress disorder, caregiver boundaries and intimacy, parenting, financial security and suicide prevention. This conference is for spouses, parents, and caregivers of wounded warriors.
