Empowerment in Transition Program (EIT)

The EIT Program equips, encourages, and empowers recovering Airmen and caregivers in the development and achievement of long-term career and life goals. Participants receive personalized coaching and guidance to ensure positive management of career changes, building effective ways forward and to take charge of their post-military lives. For more information, please contact AFPC.DPFWS.EIT@us.af.mil

  • Hosts Regional Empowerment in Transition workshops focused on a small class setting to ensure a personalized approach for the unique population we serve. The workshop is co-facilitated by corporate partners and HR professionals armed with up-to-date information about the ever-changing private sector.

  • Host virtual Empowerment in Transition Workshops providing access to wounded warriors and caregivers unable to attend in-person events.
