U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Garrett Harencak, Air Force Recruiting Service commander, discusses methods for recruitment with Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein during a roundtable meeting at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Aug. 23, 2016. The purpose of the meeting was to provide insights and challenges faced for recruiters in specialty careers such as medical, engineering and special operations.
