Purple road to resiliency

Electronic Warfare Specialist Staff Sgt. Jesus Soto receives a Purple Heart from 388th Component Maintenance Sqaudron Commander Lt. Col. Steven Oliver at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Oct. 30, 2015. Soto was injured in 2005 while deployed with the 1st Security Forces Squadron to Forward Operating Base Speicher near Tikrit, Iraq.
