Leaders play an integral role in mission readiness and day-to-day operations for their Airmen and Guardians. The Invisible Wounds Initiative Leadership Campaign is a recommended plan of action for leaders to change the culture surrounding invisible wounds in order to maintain a resilient fighting force.

The Invisible Wounds Command Team Guide and Toolkit equips the Command Team with fundamentals about invisible wounds: recognizing the signs and symptoms of invisible wounds, understanding both causes and impacts of invisible wounds, resources to direct Airmen and Guardians to care, and an overview of responsibilities as a member of the Command Team.
